First Hour Leads ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Tony McMurtrey as a sole proprietorship in San Antonio, Texas. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect about visitors to firsthourleads.com and clients of our services, how we use it, and who we share it with.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions. When you fill in the form on our home page, we collect your name, email address, business name, and the message you send.
• Chat widget conversations. If you use the chat widget on this site, we collect what you type, and (if you provide one) your phone number and email. The chat widget is operated by LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) under their own published terms; opt-in for SMS responses is captured by the widget at the moment you provide a phone number.
• Email communications. If you email us, we keep the content of the email in our inbox so we can reply to you.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard web request data (IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp) for security and operational purposes.

What we do not collect

• We do not use third-party advertising trackers, social-media pixels (Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel), or behavioral profiling cookies on this site.
• We do not collect payment information directly. Any client invoicing is handled through third-party providers (Stripe) under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry by email or, if you opted in, by SMS.
• To deliver and improve the services you have hired us to perform.
• To send occasional service updates if you become a paying client (you can opt out of these at any time).
• To maintain basic business records as required by tax and contracting law.

SMS specifically

If you give us a mobile phone number through the chat widget on this site, you may receive text messages from First Hour Leads related to your inquiry. Standard message and data rates may apply. Frequency is up to four messages per month.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. You can request help by replying HELP. Opting out of one campaign opts you out of all First Hour Leads marketing SMS, but does not block reply messages in an active service conversation.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in status with any third party for their marketing purposes. We do share it with our SMS gateway provider (currently LeadConnector / Twilio) and your carrier solely for the purpose of delivering the messages.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that operate our infrastructure, including: AWS (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS + edge), LeadConnector / Twilio (CRM + SMS), Anthropic (AI inference for internal automation only), and Stripe (payments for paying clients). Each acts as a data processor under their own published terms.
• Legal authorities if required by a valid US court order, subpoena, or comparable legal process.
• Successor in interest if First Hour Leads is sold or transferred, in which case the new owner will be bound by the same commitments listed here.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Inquiry form submissions and email threads are kept for as long as they are operationally useful (typically 24 months) and then deleted. Paying-client records are kept for seven years after the engagement ends, consistent with US tax-record retention requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to: (a) show you what we have on file about you, (b) correct it, (c) delete it (except where we are required by law to keep it), or (d) opt out of any marketing communications. Email [email protected] and we will respond within ten business days.

Children

First Hour Leads serves businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our site, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we will post the updated date at the top of this page and, for current clients, notify by email. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
